  Great location for touring Pasadena and we could walk around the college campus for exercise each morning. The room was comfortable but carpet had black grease stains on it and the towels are thin. The food item selection for breakfast was - waffles, hard boiled eggs, packaged muffins, English muffins, bread for toasting, cereals, juices & coffee. The breakfast room is small but you can take the items back to your room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

  The customer service was less than accomidating--they seemed irritated when we asked for anything. not enough outlets in rooms. internet connection slow. don"t believe picture on website-- ...

  The customer service was less than accomidating--they seemed irritated when we asked for anything. Not enough outlets in rooms. Internet connection slow. Don"t believe picture on website--the pool is tiny!
